Major Breakthrough in the Chantrea District Cyber Fraud Case in Svay Rieng Province; Phillips Nizer LLP Facilitates Cambodia–Vietnam Cross-Border Cooperation and Launches Restitution Procedures for Victims from Multiple Countries

In 2025, a major breakthrough was achieved in an online fraud case in Chantrea District, Svay Rieng Province, Cambodia, following a full investigation led by the cross-border fraud recovery team of Phillips Nizer LLP.
